Open Arrange / delete pages and choose your PDF. All pages appear as small pictures.
In the right panel find Watermark, type the text (for example CONFIDENTIAL), set Opacity and Color, then tap Add text watermark. For a logo use Add image watermark.
When the pages look right, tap Download at the top.
