Open Arrange / delete pages and choose your PDF. All pages appear as small pictures.
Tap a page to select it (a tick appears). For quick choices use Select all, None, Odd or Even.
Tap Duplicate to copy the selected pages, or + Blank to add an empty page.
When the pages look right, tap Download at the top.
